J-Rod is one of our original mission farmers and has been working at OSF for 11 years! He is a great task manager for the farm, and he keeps the crew motivated to work hard while having fun.

Jayme has worked at Old School Farm for 7 years. He’s our resident historian and handyman, fixing any garden tools that break on the job. Jayme’s also got a refined pallet and shares recipes and tasty bakes with the crew.

Keith’s been at the farm for over 4 years. He’s very curious and imaginative. When he’s not planting or harvesting produce, Keith loves keeping the farm looking picturesque by mowing and weed-eating the grass in the garden.

Doc began his tenure at the farm during summer 2024, and we’re so glad he’s on the team! Doc’s positive spirit keeps everyone laughing and happy. He’s definitely earned the title of team morale and wellness leader.

Gordon is our newest mission farmer, joining Old School Farm this past summer. He’s got a keen eye for detail, and he does a great job ensuring our produce and value-added products meet a high quality standard.
